  1. Structure :
    Earthquake resistance R.C.C framed structure.
  2. Walls:
    9” thick external walls and 4 ½” thick internal walls fly ash bricks/red brick, smooth plastered surface treated with water proofing compound and painted with weather proof cement paint of approved make and colour.
  3. Flooring:
    Vitrified tiles in living, dining, kitchen & bed rooms with 4” skirting. Antiskid ceramic tile flooring in toilets, balconies & utility areas.
  4. Doors:
    Teak wood paneled shutter with Sal wood frame finished with enamel paint with good quality hardware and suitable locking arrangement. 30mm thick painted flush door shutters with sal wood frame fixed with good quality hardware.
  5. Windows :
    Aluminum frames with siding doors.
  6. Kitchen :
    Polished  granite platform with stainless steel sink.
  7. Toilets :
    Walls – with white ceramic tiles up to a height of 7 ft.
    Fitting – A Wash Basin, A Mirror, A Towel Rod, hot and cold water pipe system, A European Commode / Indian Pan / Anglo Indian Commode and necessary C.P Fittings.
  8. Water supply :
    CP/PVC piping with special fittings as per relevant ISI specifications. Round the clock supply of water ensured from independent deep bore well.
  9. Electrical :
    PVC conduit or equivalent cabbies and installations modular switches. TV & Phone out lets in living and master bed room with one A.C. point.
  10. Common facilities :
    Separate common toilet, watchman room, electric meter room and pump room.
  11. Parking space :
    Parking space shall be available in the stilt floor at extra cost on first come first serve basis.
  12. Transformer :
    Sub-station with transformer shall be on contribution of flat owners.
  13. Lift :
    6 passenger lift of standard make.
