Glazed tile on wall cladding

upto a height of 7’ European W/C in all toilets with cistern in each toilet. Wash basins, face mirror, soap case, towel rail etc. in all toilets and dining hall, One Geyser point in each toilet. All CP fittings shall be of reputed brand.

Electrical

All electrical wiring with premium brand fire resistant insulated copper wire/cable in concealed conducts to wall, ceilings etc. adequate no. of light points, fan points and 5 Amp and 15 Amp plug point shall be provided for Geyser.

Doors

Doorframes shall be of sal wood of suitable section, the entry door shall be of Teak wood frame decorative shutter. All other door shutter is of flush door of commercial.

Window

Windows shall be of power coated glazed aluminum frames with protective M.S. Grills having sliding glazed shutters.
