Terms & conditions

  • 10% of the deposited amount shall be deducted if the booking of the flat get cancelled during its construction.
  • Registration charges and other miscellaneous expenses shall be borne by the customer.
  • Registration of the flat shall be done after the Seller/Builder receives the total cost of the flat including Service Tax, VAT and any other taxes as imposed by the State & Central Govt.
  • The purchaser can not negotiate with any other party to sell his/her/their allotted flat before it’s registration. If so, the purchaser will surrender the same to the developer and shall be refunded the amount that he/she/they has/have paid towards the booking of the flat only after a deduction of 10% of the total booking amount.
